The invention relates to an artificial oil body and a method for manufacturing the same. Primarily, the artificial oil body comprises a mixed liquid of non-triglyceride oils, phospholipids, calcium proteins of the oil body and sodium phosphate buffer solution. The mixed liquid is oscillated by an ultrasonic oscillator and soaked with ice. Then the operations of the oscillation and the soaking with ice are repeated. Thereby the artificial oil body is dispersed in an aqueous phase. In particular, a composite solvent is used as oil. It can design the content of the formula for a specific hydrophobic drug to improve its solubility. Furthermore, the particle size of the new type artificial oil body can be smaller and more stable than the droplet size of the natural oil body or the conventional artificial oil body. Moreover, non-DOGP phospholipids can also be used to manufacture the artificial oil body.
