PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability for straight-running and turning with a simple and compact mechanism in a running vehicle comprising: a straight-running gear shift device 25 for transmitting power to a right and a left running units 2 supporting a running machine body 1 a turning gear shift device 28 for transmitting power reversely to the running units a gear shift operation tool 13 for the straight-running gear shift device and a turning operation tool 10 for the turning gear shift device.SOLUTION: In a steering box 20 with a built-in turning input shaft 72 to be turned by a turning operation tool, a gear shift controller 81 to be turned by the tuning input shaft is enabled to turn freely on a gear shift axis X perpendicular to the turning input shaft, and a turning controller 82 to be turned by the turning input shaft is enabled to turn freely on a turning axis Y perpendicular to both the axis of the turning input shaft and the gear shift axis X.
