PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability for straight-running and turning by using a simple and compact mechanism in a running vehicle comprising: a straight-running gear shift device 25 for transmitting power to a right and a left running units 2 supporting a running machine body 1 a turning gear shift device 28 for transmitting power reversely to the running units a gear shift operation tool 13 for the straight-running gear shift device and a turning operation tool 10 for the turning gear shift device.SOLUTION: On a turning input shaft 72 to be rotated by a turning operation tool, a gear shift controller 81 is enabled to turn freely on a speed-change axis X perpendicular to the turning input shaft, and a turning controller 82 is enabled to turn freely on a turning axis Y perpendicular to both the axis of the turning input shaft 72 and the speed-change axis X.
