To solve problems of peeling hard-boiled eggs, problems in which failure occurs sometimes in peeling an eggshell well, in which cleaning up after peeling is troublesome as eggshells crack in small pieces, and in which peeling a boiled egg may also cause a burning risk, when peeling work is required conventionally after fresh eggs are put in hot water, boiled, and taken out.SOLUTION: With a fresh egg broken into a container, the lid of the container closed, with the contents heated as conventionally. If an eggshell is unpeeled, no heating condition is visible, but the translucent container makes a heated state recognizable from the outside. A completed egg can be taken out by opening the lid of the container. As Fig. 2, in putting in a fresh egg, all of a part 4, part 3, and part 2 are joined to break the egg in from above the part 2. After the egg is put in, the part 1 is joined with the part 2 to close the lid. With the lid closed, the container is placed in boiled water for heating. When the contents are taken out after the completion, the part 1 is removed, with the part 3 removed next, and with the part 2 taken out from the part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】従来では殻のついた卵を沸騰したお湯に入れ加熱し完成後に取り出し殻をむく作業になる。
