PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg processed product containing &ge40% of inhomogeneous yellow membranous egg coagulation having an area of 700-5,000 mm2 and a thickness of &le7 mm, based on the whole of the yellow egg coagulation.SOLUTION: There is provided an egg processed product containing inhomogeneous membranous egg coagulation, wherein the yellow membraneous egg coagulation having the area of 700-5,000 mm2 and a thickness of &le7 mm accounts for &ge40% of the whole of the yellow egg coagulation.
