PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sterilizing a solid-liquid mixed food filled in a flexible large-sized pouch, shortening a sterilization time, preventing browning, appliable even when an ingredient (solid part) is large, and obtaining excellent flavor through mutual seasoning of a solid part and a liquid part.SOLUTION: This method for sterilizing the solid-liquid mixed food includes filling and sealing a weighing capacity of the solid-liquid mixed food in a flexible large-sized pouch followed by sliding sterilization.
