PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic system that diagnoses tissues and calculates temperature distributions there in real time using ultrasonic waves.
SOLUTION: After irradiation with treatment beams at a subject from a treatment array 12 under the control of a treatment device 300, the treatment device 300 is fast switched to an ultrasonic diagnosis device 200 by a cable 6. A diagnostic beam controller 21 of ultrasonic diagnosis device 200 controls a diagnostic array 11 to irradiate diagnostic beams at the subject and receives echo signals. A diagnosis controller 20, based on the echo signals of diagnostic beams received in cooperation with the diagnostic beam controller 21, calculates diagnosis images, displacement distributions, temperature distributions, etc., of tissues, and displays the results on a display 25.
