PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body temperature measurement device that is configured to: shorten a time up to a stable period of measurement temperature data targeted for a computation of a body temperature regarding the body temperature measurement device for identifying a body temperature by measuring a skin temperature and an external temperature with the body temperature measurement device worn to a body； and make variations of measured temperatures small.SOLUTION: A body temperature measurement device is the device that is worn to a body, and measures a skin temperature and external temperature for identifying a body temperature. The body temperature measurement device is configured to: make a skin temperature sensor 21 contact with a skin and measure a skin temperature by exposing a tip part at a prescribed height on a skin side from a skin side housing front surface 13 serving a body side upon causing the device to be worn to the body； and make an external temperature sensor 22 locate in a state where a tip part is exposed on a housing interior part side from an exterior side housing front surface 14 on a side opposite the skin side housing front surface 13, and make the sensor measure an external temperature through an intervention of a gap area 22A to be formed between a location of the exterior side housing front surface 14 and the tip part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】身体に装着させて皮膚温度及び外部温度を測定することで体温を特定するための体温測定装置に関し、体温の演算対象となる測定温度データの安定期までの時間短縮を図り、測定温度のばらつきを小とする構造の体温測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】身体に装着させ、体温を特定するための皮膚温度及び外部温度を測定するものであり、皮膚温度センサ２１を、身体に装着させた際のその先端部分を身体側となる皮膚側筐体表面１３より皮膚側に所定高さで表出させることで皮膚と接触させて皮膚温度を測定させ、外部温度センサ２２を、皮膚側筐体表面１３の反対側の外部側筐体表面１４より先端部分を筐体内部側に表出状態で位置させ、当該外部側筐体表面１４の位置から当該先端部分との間に形成される空隙領域２２Ａを介在させて外部温度を測定させる構成とする。【選択図】図１
