PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting type temperature measuring device and a body temperature estimation method capable of estimating accurately a body temperature based on detection data of a time-series body surface temperature.
SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 is provided with a body surface temperature detection part 3, an auxiliary body surface temperature detection part 4, and an outside air temperature detection part 5. A control unit 7 of the sensor device 1 transfers temperature detection data D1-D3 detected during sleep of a person H to be measured by using each temperature detection part 3-5 to an outside processing device 13. The processing device 13 performs PLS regression analysis by using body temperature data measured together with a temperature data group Dg1-Dg3 formed by aligning the temperature detection data D1-D3 in time series, and organizes a reverse operation model B for estimating the body temperature. Hereby, the processing device 13 can estimate the body temperature from the temperature data group Dg1-Dg3 in time series by using the reverse operation model B.
