PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support technology for more easily executing safe angiography of a vessel of a patient receiving hemodialysis.SOLUTION: A control device 25 of a dialysis apparatus 2 comprises: a blood temperature acquiring part F21 that acquires blood temperature of a patient P receiving hemodialysis from a blood temperature sensor 24 which measures temperature of blood flowing through a blood circuit 21 for extracorporeally circulating the blood of the patient P a body surface temperature measuring part F22 that measures body surface temperature of the patient P on the basis of a thermography acquired from a thermography device 1 for imaging a body surface of the patient P and a temperature adjusting part F23 that controls a dialysate warmer 29 for dialysate which contacts the extracorporeally-circulating blood of the patient P through a dialysis membrane, on the basis of the acquired blood temperature and the measured body surface temperature, and then turns temperature of the blood to be introduced into a vessel of the patient P from the blood circuit 21 up or down to the temperature different from the measured body surface temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】血液透析を受ける患者の血管について、より簡単に、安全に血管撮影を行うための支援技術を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】透析装置2の制御装置25に、血液透析を受ける患者Pの血液を体外循環させる血液回路21を流れる血液の温度を測定する血液温度センサ24から、患者Pの血液温度を取得する血液温度取得部F21と、患者Pの体表面を撮像するサーモグラフィ装置1から取得したサーモグラフィに基づいて、患者Pの体表面温度を測定する体表面温度測定部F22と、取得された血液温度及び測定された体表面温度に基づいて、体外循環する患者Pの血液と透析膜を介して接触する透析液の透析液加温器29を制御して、血液回路21から患者Pの血管へ導入される血液の温度を、測定された体表面温度と異なる温度に昇降させる温度調節部F23とを備えた。【選択図】図5
