PURPOSE: A salt processing device using rubi fructus or mulberry, and a salt processing method using thereof are provided to reduce the salinity of processed salt. CONSTITUTION: A salt processing device using rubi fructus or mulberry comprises the following: a body(1) separately installed with an interval with the ground; a first rotating shaft(5) rotatably installed on both sides of the body; a heating furnace(3) installed on the front and rear inside of the body, for baking salt with the rubi fructus or the mulberry using a heating coil; a first motor(4) rotating a second rotating shaft for rotating the heating furnace; a second motor(6) rotating the body using the first rotating shaft for easily inserting or discharging bay salt into the heating furnace; and an input unit turning on/off power supplied to the heating furnace.
