The present invention relates to a hand piece arm (100) capable of controlling moments in a folding manner and, more specifically, to a hand piece arm including an arm (105) configured to enable a hand piece (H) to be mounted to a front end portion thereof to be able to rotate. The hand piece arm comprises a weight (130) mounted to the arm (105) to be able to rotate in a folding manner and a wire cover (170) coupled to a side surface of the arm (105). Accordingly, the hand piece arm enables a user to vary moments by folding the weight (130) in a folding manner, thereby: obtaining the same effect as replacing the weight (130) with different weights for various kinds of hand pieces (H) enabling the user to easily, rapidly, and accurately vary the moments and facilitating one-touch variation of angles of a rotary bar (140).
