According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for assisting muscle force comprises: a shoe having a hydraulic pressure generating space in which hydraulic pressure is generated by an external force a muscle force member connected to the shoe to be contracted or restored by the hydraulic pressure generated in the shoe and a muscle force assist member which is provided in the muscle force member and is deformed to correspond to deformation of the muscle force member. A hydraulic pressure is generated in the muscle force member to generate moment on an ankle joint part by force of pulling the shoe from the muscle force member, thereby enabling muscle force assistance of the ankle joint, and the muscle force assist member generates moment in a direction toward the shoe from the muscle force member, thereby enabling the muscle force assistance of the ankle joint.일 실시예에 따른 근력 보조 장치는, 외력에 의해 유압이 발생되는 유압 발생 공간이 구비된 신발 상기 신발에 연결되어 상기 신발에서 발생된 유압에 의해 수축되거나 원상 복귀되는 근력 부재 및 상기 근력 부재에 구비되어 상기 근력 부재의 변형에 대응되어 변형되는 근력 보조 부재를 포함하고, 상기 근력 부재에는 유압이 발생됨으로써 상기 근력 부재로부터 신발을 당기는 힘에 의한 발목 관절 부위에 모멘트를 발생시켜 발목 관절 근력 보조를 가능하도록 하고, 상기 근력 보조 부재는 상기 근력 부재로부터 상기 신발을 향하는 방향으로 복원력에 의한 발목 관절 부위에 모멘트를 발생시켜 발목 관절 근력 보조를 가능하게 할 수 있다.
