The present invention relates to a nasogastric tube, comprising a main hollow body, a first opening formed on a front end thereof, a second opening formed on a rear end thereof, a stop ring fitted on a wall thereof adjacent to the second opening, an engaging groove formed on the wall in proximity to the stop ring, a clipping part including two positioning sections corresponding to each other, a clamping section disposed between the two positioning sections and inserted in the engaging groove, and a positioning part for securely slipping onto the two positioning sections. As a result, the nasogastric tube may be not only set with a transnasal endoscopy but also clamped with the transnasal endoscopy for positioning purposes by use of the clipping part, so that the transnasal endoscopy can be passed via a patient’s nose into his or her stomach.本發明係有關於一種鼻胃管結構，係包括一中空管體，管體相對應的前、後二端具有開口，鄰接後端開口處的管壁上設有擋止環，管壁上鄰近擋止環處設有嵌槽；一夾持件包含二相對應的定位段，於二定位段之間設一束環段，束環段嵌設於嵌槽中；一定位件能套設固定於二定位段上；藉此，能將鼻胃管套設於鼻胃鏡外，並以夾持件的束合令鼻胃管與鼻胃鏡間束合定位，利於透過鼻胃鏡將鼻胃管送達病患胃部。
