PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve economical operation of fishery materials among dealers by recycling the fishery materials hygienically and protecting global resources. SOLUTION: An information providing server 16 for a materials management center 11 manages information including the number of fishery materials and rental fees, a fishermen's union side terminal 17 grasps the number of the fishery materials rented by the materials management center 11, a broker side terminal 19 grasps the number of the fishery materials rented to a fisherman 13 by the fishermen's union 12, the fishery materials returned by a broker 14 are collected and washed by a collection/washing dealer 15, and the information providing server 16 is provided with the number of the washed materials by a collection/washing dealer side terminal 20.
