The present invention relates to a method for preparing Dasik, which is traditional Korean tea-cake. Provided are a method for preparing Dasik and a Dasik product produced thereby, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a first process for producing tea-cake having a hole in the center (A)； a second process for mixing a powder food mix with a sugar solution and kneading the resultant mixture to produce a Dasik filling (B)； and, a third process for filling the hole of the tea-cake obtained in (A) with the Dasik filling obtained in (B) to produce a final Dasik product.본 발명은 전통 한과인 다식을 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 중공부를 갖는 형태와 구조의 약과(A)를 만드는 제1공정과, 식품 분말에 당액을 섞고 반죽하여 다식생지(B)를 만드는 제2공정과, 약과(A)의중공부에 다식생지(B)를 채워 넣어 다식제품(C)를 완성하는 제3공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다식제조방법과 그 제품이 제공된다.
