PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid skin preparation composition for external use, which suppresses stickiness and squeakiness generated due to inclusion of tranexamic acids, and which gives an excellent moisturizing effect and an effect of ameliorating chapped skin, and a smooth feeling after use.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid skin preparation composition for external use containing: (A) 1.5 to 3.0 mass% of at least one selected from tranexamic acid or a derivative thereof (B) 0.005-0.5 mass% of a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine and a hydrophobic monomer (C) 0.01-0.5 mass% of a hydrophilic surfactant and (D) glycerol, wherein a content of an ingredient having a thickening effect is 0.1 mass% or less.
