PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hydroponic method of root vegetables.SOLUTION: In the hydroponic method of root vegetables, an inorganic agricultural material is used as a growth medium, and a culture solution is supplied. Especially, in the hydroponic method of a carrot, the culture solution is 50-200% concentration aqueous solution of the Ensi(Horticultural research station) formulation liquid aqueous solution that has an essential element composition defined in table 1, and the inorganic agricultural material has the porosity of 87 (v/v%) or more and the solidus rate of less than 13 (v/v%).【課題】根菜類野菜の新規養液栽培方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明は、無機質農業用資材を生育培地として使用し、かつ、培養液を供給することを特徴とする根菜類野菜の養液栽培方法に関する。本発明は、特に、前記培養液が、表１に規定する必須元素組成を有する園試処方液水溶液の５０～２００％濃度水溶液であり、かつ、前記無機質農業用資材の孔隙率が８７（ｖ／ｖ％）以上、固相率が１３（ｖ／ｖ％）未満である、ニンジンの養液栽培方法に関する。【選択図】なし
