The present invention relates to a spore inducing device and a spore inducing method for utilization of drifting short-lived algae, and an object of the present invention is to utilize the short-lived algae such as Sargassum horneri drifting in the sea instead of conventionally recognizing the algae as wastes and discarding the algae. The spore inducing device comprises: a clustering means for clustering short-lived algae which drift in the sea； and a fixing means for fixing the short-lived algae at specific positions, which is clustered by being connected to the clustering means. Accordingly, the short-lived algae are fixed at specific positions for a certain period to release spores at the corresponding positions.본 발명은 바다에서 표류하는 괭생이모자반과 같은 단년생 해조류를 기존처럼 쓰레기로 인지하여 폐기시키지 않고 자원으로 활용하고자 함을 목적으로 하는 표류하는 단년생 해조류의 활용을 위한 포자 유도 장치 및 포자 유도 방법에 관한 것으로,바다에서 표류하는 단년생 해조류를 군집화시키는 군집수단과, 상기 군집수단에 연결되어 군집화 된 단년생 해조류를 특정 위치에 고정시키는 고정수단을 포함하여 이루어져, 바다에서 표류하는 단년생 해조류를 일정 기간 특정 위치에 고정시켜 해당 위치에서 포자를 방출시키도록 하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
