The invention relates to a device with rapid feedback for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, applicable in the field of emergency medicine, intended to be used in order to save a victim in cardiopulmonary arrest, either independently or in combination with an automatic external defibrillator, by prolonging normal vital functions or until the victim is picked up by an emergency medical team. According to the invention, the device consists of a processing block (A) which controls an air supply block (B) performing artificial respiration by the victim (2) insufflation through a facial mask (1) operatively supporting a universal respiratory mask (6) which comes in tight contact with the victim's nose and mouth (2) by means of a fastening strap (3) which surrounds the victim's neck, making the connection with an adjustable head hyperextension system (4), and a measuring block (C) takes over the signals from the victim (2) and the air supply block (B) and transmits them to the processing block (A), the information being transferred to a feedback module (E) located between the victim (2) and a rescuer (5), with the possibility of remote data transmission and of making a voice connection with a medical unit (G) via a wireless interface (F).Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv cu feedback rapid pentru resuscitare cardiopulmonară, cu aplicabilitate în domeniul medicinei de urgenţă, destinat utilizării în scopul salvării unei victime aflate în stop cardiorespirator, în mod independent sau în combinaţie cu un defibrilator extern automat, prin prelungirea funcţiilor vitale normale sau până la preluarea acesteia de un echipaj medical de urgenţă.
