PURPOSE: Complex simple survey equipment for measuring permeability and strength of soil is provided to facilitate the carrying thereof and to be easily used for a spot test. CONSTITUTION: Complex simple survey equipment(100) for measuring permeability and strength of soil comprise a lower load part(100a), a middle water tank(100b), and an upper strength measuring part(100c). The lower load part is equipped with a complex pipe in which cones are connected to each other. The lower load part is used as load in strength test and is used as a perforated drainpipe in permeability test. The middle water tank is fixed to and coupled with the lower load part and is used as a water tank in permeability test. The upper strength measuring part is fixed to and coupled with the middle water tank.
