By recording a mobile app usage rule matching different mobile phone battery power intervals, the embodiment is utilized to automatically adjust, when battery power changes, a software configuration, thereby enabling a user to manage mobile phone battery power more easily, and facilitating a manufacturer to timely and effectively acquire usage of the related technology.
