PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device having a laminate structure in which an imaging element is sandwiched by a scintillator and a base, and in which the imaging element or the scintillator can be separated under a mechanically stable state of the imaging element.SOLUTION: The radiation imaging device includes a base 2, an imaging element 4, a scintillator 6, a first heat-separation type adhesive member 3 having a property of degrading of its adhesive strength by heating and for fixing the base 2 and the imaging element 4, and a second heat-separation type adhesive member 5 having an adhesive strength degrading temperature being the same as the first heat-separation type adhesive member 3 and for fixing the imaging element 4 and the scintillator 6.
