PURPOSE: A method for producing a large amount of cultured cells and stems of Loranthus yadoriki is provided to prevent extinction and to study and analyze Loranthus yadoriki. CONSTITUTION: A medium for proliferating large amount of cultured cells of Loranthus yadoriki contains NAA(Naphthalene acetic acid), BAP(6-benzylaminopurine) and sucrose in a 1/3 MS(Murashige and Skoog) medium. A method for producing a large amount of the cultured cells comprises: a step of disinfecting and sterilizing the 1/3 MS medium, and removing a seed coat; a step of extracting embryonal axis from the seed; a step of culturing embryonal axis fragment in an MS agar medium containing NAA, BAP, and sucrose and obtaining the cultured cells of Loranthus yadoriki; a step of culturing the cultured cells in a 1/3 MS liquid medium containing NAA, BAP, and sucrose.
