PURPOSE: An electric-powered walking supporter and wheelchair in one is provided to enable the old and disabled to easily use the electric-powered walking supporter and wheelchair in one. CONSTITUTION: An electric-powered walking supporter and wheelchair in one comprises a walking frame, a manipulation part(20), a walking safety part(30), a drive motor(40), and a main control part(50). The walking frame comprises casters, a seat back part, and a plurality of handle parts. The manipulation part selects varies speed according to the use of the walking supporter. The walking safety part outputs a safety signal according to the driving of the walking supporter. The main control part controls the on/off drive of the drive motor and the speed of the walking supporter.본 발명은 휠체어 겸용의 전동식 보행 보조기를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 전동식 보행 보조기에 전자식 방향 전환 기능은 물론 휠체어 기능을 구성한 것이며, 이에 따라 보행이 어려운 사용자가 보조기에 의지하여 직진 이동을 할 때에 적은 힘으로도 전속으로 안전하게 이동할 수 있음은 물론, 경사로나 돌출 또는 홈과 같은 장애물이 존재하는 곳에서 보행의 의지가 있으나 근육이 약화된 사용자들도 자유롭게 보행 보조기의 방향을 손쉽게 전환시킬 수 있도록 하는 등 보행 보행 보조의 역할과 보행 유도의 역할을 동시에 제공받을 수 있도록 함은 물론, 휠체어 기능을 통해 고령자나 하체가 불편한 신체 장애인, 그리고 보행의 의지가 있으나 근육이 약화된 사용자들 모두가 보다 손쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 하면서 그 사용상의 편의성을 높인 것이다.
