The electrode has a metallic layer (9) of thickness 20 micrometer placed on a flexible support (1), of thickness less than 10 micrometer, and provided with striae of depth higher than 10 micrometer. Surfaces of the metallic layer are conductive and are connected to a connection zone (3). An insulating layer (7) i.e. polyimide layer, covers a structure outside contact zones (2) and the connection zone. The metallic layer is formed on a thin conductive metallic layer (5) at a location of the contact zone.
