PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamine composition which includes a high content of spermidine and spermine useful as health foods and cosmetic raw materials, and a low content of salt.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a polyamine composition derived from soybean hypocotyls includes the successive steps of: immersing soybean hypocotyls in acidic water adjusting the pH of the water to 1.0 to 3.5 and separating and collecting the liquid part from the immersed product of soybean hypocotyls. The polyamine composition including a high content of spermidine and spermine and a low content of salt can be thus obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】健康食品や化粧品原料として有用なスペルミジン、スペルミンを高含有するとともに、塩の含量が低いポリアミン組成物を提供する。【解決手段】大豆胚軸を酸性水に浸漬し、pH1.0~3.5となるよう調整し、前記大豆胚軸浸漬物から液体部分を分離し採取し、大豆胚軸由来ポリアミン組成物を製造する。【効果】スペルミジン、スペルミンを高濃度で含み、かつ塩濃度が低いポリアミン組成物を得ることができる。【選択図】なし
