The present invention relates to a fall sensing apparatus which includes at least one sensor which is attached to a user and senses the movement of the fall sensing apparatus in a plurality of coordinate axis directions； an output unit capable of outputting fall information of a user； a control unit which determines that the user falls when acceleration in a predetermined first axis direction among the plurality of coordinate axis directions is changed from a positive value to a negative value based on the movement of the fall sensing apparatus sensed by the sensor, and controls the output unit to output the corresponding fall information.
