METHOD OF GLYCOSYLATED STEVIOSIDE PRODUCTION, INCLUDING STEVIOSIDE TREATMENT WITH CYCLODEXTRIN GLUCANOTRANSFERASE IN THE PRESENCE OF CARBOHYDRATES, PURIFICATION AND DRYING OF THE FINAL PRODUCTS. THE INVENTION INCREASES THE DEGREE OF TRANSGLYCOSYLATION AND YIELD OF THE FINAL PRODUCT FOR A UNIT TIME AS WELL AS SHORTENS THE PROCESS DURATION. EXTREMOPHILIC MICROORGANISMS ARE USED AS A PRODUCER FOR CYCLODEXTRIN GLUCANOTRANSFERASE AND CYCLODEXTRINES ARE USED AS A DONOR AND THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT AT A HIGH CONCENTRATION OF THE SUBSTRATES.
