Embodiments of the invention are generally directed for fixing hip fracture sites, the invention is consisting of a intramedullary nail, a bone fixation element and a connection element, wherein the intramedullary nail further includes a upper portion, a lower portion, a hollow passage and a oblique passage. The bone fixation element may penetrate into the oblique passage and also include a front part and a back part, wherein the front part and the back part are formed in one piece sequentially. The connection element is placed in the upper portion of the intramedullary nail and consisting of a locking unit and a fixing unit, wherein the locking unit may be fitted on the fixing unit and facilitate the fixing unit to be connected with the back part of the bone fixation element.本發明之實施例通常係特定用於固定股骨骨折部位，其由一髓內釘、一骨固定元件與一連接元件所組成，其中上述之髓內釘又進一步包含：一上部、一下部、一中空管道、一斜向通道。上述之骨固定元件則可貫穿上述之斜向通道，且其又包含一前部與一後部，其中前部與後部係為一體成型。上述之連接元件係設置於髓內釘之上部之內，其本身又包含一鎖緊單元與一固定單元，其中上述之鎖緊單元可嵌合於固定單元之上並且推動固定單元，使固定單元接合骨固定元件之後部。
