The present invention relates to a medical catheter control valve, which mainly comprises a main body and a clicking device. The main body comprises a fluid passage. The clicking device is disposed in the tube hole of main body intersected with the fluid passage and comprises a push rod unit and an elastic element, wherein the push rod unit is configured thereon with a communication hole. When the push rod unit is pressed to make the push rod unit pushed out of a first positioning position inside the tube hole of main body by the elastic element, the communication hole of the push rod unit is just located on the fluid passage of the main body to enable the fluid passing normally. When the push rod unit is pressed to enter a second positioning position inside the tube hole of main body, the communication hole of the push rod unit and the fluid passage of the main body will be in a staggered arrangement, so that the fluid will be blocked to stop flowing.
