PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new acylphosphine oxide compound capable of imparting high adhesiveness to dentine to a composition, when being combined with a polymerizable monomer to form the composition, and imparting stable adhesiveness having small dispersion between adhesion operations.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a compound represented by general formula (1).
