PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new acylphosphine oxide compound capable of imparting high adhesiveness to dentine to a composition, when being combined with a polymerizable monomer to form the composition, and imparting stable adhesiveness having small dispersion between adhesion operations.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a compound represented by general formula (1). (In the general formula (1), R1-R15 represent each independently a hydrogen atom, a group represented by general formula (2), or a 1C-20C organic group which may have a substituent, and at least one of R1-R15 is the group represented by the general formula (2)).
