PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decoration structure of a fishing tool component and a bicycle component, to which a logotype and the like with high clarity are applied by effective utilization of another type coating device while the logotype and the like are formed by an ink jet coating device.SOLUTION: A decorative coating layer is formed by applying ink paint to a surface of an inside coating layer by using an ink jet coating device that applies the ink paint in a dotted pattern.
