PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration structure of a fishing tool component and bicycle component having sufficient corrosion resistance and toughness and having excellent decorativeness while retaining effects achieving a brilliant surface decoration structure without using a large-scale device.SOLUTION: The surface decoration structure of a fishing tool is formed by applying an inner coating layer onto a surface of a fiber-reinforced resin component body, a silver thin-film coating layer onto the inner coating layer, and an outer coating layer onto the silver thin-film coating layer. An ink paint containing a silver metal complex with an amine defined as a ligand is applied onto the surface of the inner coating layer, with a decoration part area such as graphics and patterns formed thereon, and the coated ink material is heated to form the silver thin-film coating layer.【課題】 耐食性及び強靭性において十分なものを、大がかりな装置を使用することなく、鮮やかな表面装飾構造が達成できる効果を維持しながら、装飾性にも優れた釣り具用部品及び自転車用部品の装飾構造を提供する。【解決手段】 繊維強化樹脂製の部品本体表面に、内側塗装層、その内側塗装層の上に銀面薄膜塗装層、その銀面薄膜塗装層の上に外側塗装層を積層し、アミンを配位子とする銀金属錯体を含むインク塗料を、図形・模様等の装飾部領域を形成する状態で前記内側塗装層の表面に塗布し、前記塗布したインク材料を加熱することによって前記銀面薄膜塗装層を形成してある。【選択図】 図２
