PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament structure of a fishing-tackle component or a bicycle component having high decorativeness and sufficient corrosion resistance and toughness without using a large-scale device, while retaining effects of achieving the clear surface ornament structure.SOLUTION: The surface ornament structure is formed by: laminating an inner coating layer AC on a component body surface, a silver thin-film coating layer AD on the inner coating layer AC, and an outer coating layer AE on the silver thin-film coating layer AD； applying an ink coating material including a silver metal complex, with an amine defined as a ligand, on the surface of the inner coating layer AC； and forming the silver thin-film coating layer AD by heating the applied ink material, where a non-smooth surface ACA subjected to non-smoothing treatment is formed on the inner coating layer AC and the outer coating layer AE.【課題】 耐食性及び強靭性において十分なものを、大がかりな装置を使用することなく、鮮やかな表面装飾構造が達成できる効果を維持しながら、装飾性にも優れた釣り具用部品及び自転車用部品の装飾構造を提供する。【解決手段】 部品本体表面に、内側塗装層ＡＣ、その内側塗装層ＡＣの上に銀面薄膜塗装層ＡＤ、その銀面薄膜塗装層ＡＤの上に外側塗装層ＡＥを積層し、アミンを配位子とする銀金属錯体を含むインク塗料を内側塗装層ＡＣの表面に塗布し、塗布したインク材料を加熱することによって銀面薄膜塗装層ＡＤを形成し、内側塗装層ＡＣと外側層ＡＣに、非円滑化処を施された非円滑面ＡＣＡを形成してある。【選択図】 図３
