PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perspiration suppression device capable of quickly and reliably destroying a perspiratory gland.SOLUTION: A perspiration suppression device 1 includes a support body 30 for holding an electrode needle 10 in a movable manner, and supporting a cooling member 20 so that the electrode needle 10 can be inserted into a through-hole 28, contact detection means 29 for detecting a state of contact between a cooling part 24 of the cooling member 20 and a punctured site, drive means 40 for protruding and retracting the tip 10a from the cooling part 24 by advancing and retreating the electrode needle 10, and control means for controlling the drive of the drive means 40.
