PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultured cell sheet allowing a character to be expressed as a chondroid tissue.SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by culturing cells in high density on a cell culture support in which the surface of a substrate is coated with a temperature responsive polymer having an upper or lower critical dissolution temperature in water ranging from 0 to 80°C and producing the cultured cell sheet by (1) setting a culture medium temperature to not lower than the upper critical dissolution temperature or not higher than the lower critical dissolution temperature, (2) bringing the resulting cultured cell sheet into contact with a carrier, and (3) detaching the sheet as such with the carrier.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、軟骨様組織として形質発現された培養細胞シートを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】水に対する上限もしくは下限臨界溶解温度が0~80℃である温度応答性ポリマーで基材表面を被覆した細胞培養支持体上で細胞を高密度下で培養し、(1)培養液温度を上限臨界溶解温度以上または下限臨界溶解温度以下とし、(2)培養した培養細胞シートをキャリアに密着させ、(3)そのままキャリアと共に剥離することで培養細胞シートを製造することにより、上記課題を解決することができる。【選択図】なし
