PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce carbonic acid stimulation of carbonated beverage without making a negative effect on the flavor of the carbonated beverage.SOLUTION: A carbonic acid stimulation reducing agent of the carbonated beverage contains sugarcane extract as an active ingredient. The method for producing the carbonated beverage adds the carbonic acid stimulation reducing agent of the carbonated beverage containing the sugarcane extract as the active ingredient so that the content of the sugarcane extract is 0.00001-0.02 mass%.
