The present invention relates to a wild ginseng cultivation method. According to the present invention, the wild ginseng cultivation method includes the steps of: collecting and aging ginseng seeds； feeding the aged ginseng seeds to birds with feeds； collecting the excrement excreted by the birds； mixing the collected excrement with rice straw to age the excrement； mixing the culture media formed by mixing the excrement aged with the rice straw, humus, calcined calcium, loess, vermiculite, and water； and cultivating the wild ginseng after dumping the excrement mixed with culture media in the wilds and the germinating the ginseng seeds included in the excrement. With respect to 100 parts by weight of the excrement aged and mixed with the rice straw, 1500 to 2500 parts by weight of culture media are included. The culture media includes: 80 to 100 parts by weight of humus； 5 to 15 parts by weight of calcined calcium； 20 to 40 parts by weight of loess； 3 to 8 parts by weight of sericite； 5 to 10 parts by weight of vermiculite； and 20 to 40 parts by weight of water. The ginseng seeds eaten by the birds and discharged with the excrement are used to cultivate wild ginsengs, thereby enhancing the functions of the wild ginsengs and producing wild ginsengs of high quality.본 발명은 산삼 재배 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 산삼 재배 방법은 인삼씨를 수거하여 숙성시키고, 상기 숙성된 인삼씨를 사료와 함께 조류에 급여한 후, 조류가 배설한 배설물을 수거하며, 상기 수거된 배설물을 볏짚과 혼합하여 상기 배설물을 숙성시키고, 상기 볏짚과 혼합되어 숙성된 배설물과, 부엽토, 소성칼슘, 황토, 질석 및 물을 혼합하여 형성한 배양토를 혼합하며, 상기 배양토와 혼합된 배설물을 야생에 적재한 후 상기 배설물에 포함된 인삼씨를 발아시켜 산삼을 재배하되, 상기 볏짚과 혼합되어 숙성된 배설물 전체 100 중량부에 대해 배양토는 1500 내지 2500 중량부의 중량 비율로 사용되고, 상기 배양토는 부엽토 80 내지 100 중량부, 소성칼슘 5 내지 15 중량부, 황토 20 내지 40 중량부, 견운모 3 내지 8 중량부, 질석 5 내지 10 중량부 및 물 20 내지 40 중량부의 중량 비율로 포함된다.상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 숙성된 인삼씨를 조류가 먹은 후 배설물에 포함된 인삼씨를 이용하여 산삼으로 재배함으로써, 조류의 배설물을 이용하여 산삼을 재배하고 산삼의 효능을 배가함과 동시에 우수한 품질의 산삼을 생산할 수 있다.
