The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fermented composition including green barley leaves and herbal extracts. More specifically, the young sprouts of the green barley leaves in lengths of 10-15 cm are obtained at the end of March or beginning of April after being grown from the previous October, washed with purified water, and dried with hot air. The green barley leaves are stirred at room temperature and at a reduced pressure of 1-15 Torr for 72 hours to obtain an extract, freeze-dry the extract, and prepare the extract of green barley leaves. Alkaline ionized water (pH 7.5-8.0) can be applied to Panax ginseng, Polygala tenuifolia, Poria cocos, Schisandra chinensis, Angelica gigas, and Liriope muscari before an extracting operation is executed at 100-110°C for three hours, thereby preparing a freeze-dried herbal extract. The substances are added with vitamin B_1, B_2, B_6, B_12, phorate, taurine, cacao, Ca-citrate, Mg-citrate, and brown sugar to be fermented as yeast in a fermentation period. The fermented composition has beneficial effects such as pharmacological restoration of fatigue, improvement of thinking ability, mental and physical stabilization, improvement of concentration ability, strengthening of endurance, and reduction of stress.본 발명은 청보리잎과 한약추출물을 포함한 발효조성물제조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 10월 초순에 파종하여 월동한 청보리잎을 다음해 3월 말에서 4월 초순경 10~15 cm 정도 자란 어린 싹을 채취하여 정제수로 세척한 후 열풍건조하고 실온에서 감압(10~15 Torr)하여 계속 교반하여 72시간 동안 추출한 후 추출액을 동결건조하여 청보리잎 추출물을 제조하고, 인삼, 원지, 백복령, 오미자, 당귀, 맥문동에 알칼리 이온수(pH 7.5~8.0)를 가하여 100~110℃에서 3시간 추출하여 동결건조한 한약재 추출물을 제조한 후, 이들을 Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, Forate, Taurine, Cacao, Ca-citrate, Mg-citrate 및 흑설탕을 첨가하고 발효기 중에서 Yeast로 발효 되어 얻어진다. 이러한 방법으로 제조된 본 발명에 따른 발효 조성물은 약학적으로 피로회복, 사고력 증진, 심신안정, 집중력 향상, 지구력 강화, 스트레스 감소 등에 유익한 기능을 갖는 효과가 있다.
