PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fish guiding member and a small fish collection device that are able to collect small fish efficiently and safely.SOLUTION: A small fish collection device 10 is used for collecting juvenile fish F from a culture tank. The small fish collection device includes: a small fish guiding member 11 a conduit tube connected to a base end portion of the small fish guiding member 11 a suction pump 13 connected to the conduit tube and a counter. The small fish guiding member 11 has an opening from which juvenile fish F enters and includes an introduction portion 111 for guiding the juvenile fish F to the back side, a connection portion 113 with an opening to which the suction pump 13 is connected, and a body portion 114 having a flow channel connecting the introduction portion 111 and the connection portion 113.
