PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of improving the convenience of measuring biological information, and to provide a measuring method, and an electronic apparatus provided with a measuring device.SOLUTION: A measuring device 10 for bringing a part to be detected into contact with a contact part 16 to measure biological information includes a measurement part 12 for acquiring a biological measurement output, a pressure detection part 11 for detecting the contact pressure of the part to be detected, and a control part 13 for measuring biological information on the basis of the biological measurement output, and performing processing based on inputted voice information.
