PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement apparatus and a measurement method capable of improving the measurement accuracy of biological information.SOLUTION: A measurement apparatus 10 which brings a subject section into contact with a contact part 16 and measures biological information comprises: a biological sensor 15 for acquiring a biological measurement output from the subject section a color information acquisition part 11 for acquiring color information of the subject section being in contact with the contact part 16 a notification unit 14 and a controller 17.
