PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batter composition that can obtain a fried shape food product by frying by a few oil, and moreover to provide a material setting for a daily dish that can obtain the daily dish by mixing a seasoning liquid with the fried shape food product formed by the batter composition.SOLUTION: A batter composition for a fried shape food product includes: potato starch and/or wheat flour sweet potato starch and a baking powder.
