PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing an absorbent article, stretching a belt-like elastic member while suppressing a neck-in phenomenon, and arranging the elastic member in a curved line.SOLUTION: This device 1 for producing an absorbent article includes: a first rotation mechanism 111 configured to attach a continuously carried leg peripheral elastic member 50 onto a continuously carried web, and carrying the leg peripheral elastic member along the peripheral face and a second rotation mechanism 121 carrying the leg peripheral elastic member supplied from the first rotation mechanism along the peripheral face while displacing the leg peripheral elastic member in the width direction CD.
