PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract, in a biological information acquisition device comprising a vibration sensor for detecting vibration including heartbeat of a human, a series of beating position candidates on the basis of a vibration signal of the vibration sensor.SOLUTION: A plurality of beating position candidate extracting units (38a to 38t) extract a series of beating position candidates by characterizing each wave form included in a vibration signal of a vibration sensor (VS) on the basis of a predetermined specific form. A frequency distribution calculation unit (39) calculates frequency distribution on a beating interval or beating interval variation with respect to each of the extracted series of beating position candidates. A distribution ratio calculation unit (40) calculates, with respect to each of a plurality of pieces of calculated frequency distribution, a distribution ratio of the most frequent to all frequencies.
