PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a tilling operation of highly arranged type culture bed is conventionally carried out by a manual operation of an operator and is a heavy labor load. SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, the following solving means is contrived. A culture bed 2 made by packing soil S for cultivation into a bed frame 1 is installed in a continuous state at a position higher than the ground. A moving truck 3 striding over the culture bed 2 and built up movably in the length direction is made. The moving truck 3 is loaded with a tilling apparatus 4 for tilling the culture bed 2 and a motor 5 for driving the tilling apparatus to constitute the objective tilling apparatus for a highly arranged type culture bed.
