PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution culture system stably increasing the sugar content of a fruit vegetable or fruit, controlling the temperature of root within a moderate range, and increasing the yield throughout the year. SOLUTION: The solution culture system includes a cultivation bed 1 in which a nutrient solution flows, a plurality of cultivation pots 2 disposed in the cultivation bed and planting seedlings to be cultivated therein, and a nutrient solution circulating/supplying system for supplying the nutrient solution in the cultivation bed. The cultivation pot 2 is formed with an opening portion 3 in the bottom, the opening portion is closed with a sheet-shaped member 4 passing the nutrient solution but not passing the root of vegetable therethrough. The nutrient solution circulating/supplying system has a circulation tank 7 for storing the nutrient solution, a pump 9 for supplying the nutrient solution in the circulation tank into the cultivation bed at a flow rate sufficient to constantly immerse the lower part of the cultivation pot, temperature adjusting units 19 and 20 for holding the nutrient solution in the circulation tank at a predetermined temperature range, and concentration adjusting units 12a, 12b, 17, and 18 for changing the concentration of the nutrient solution in the circulation tank.
