PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a detergent composition, excellent in cleaning power and foaming ability, giving refreshness without leaving stickiness and stiffness and excellent in distribution of scums and leaving no foul in a lavatory or a bath room.SOLUTION: A method for producing a detergent composition comprises: heating and mixing (A) 0.1-60 mass% of alkyl ether carboxylic acid which is an alkyl ether carboxylic acid represented by formula (1) (in the formula, R1represents a 4-22C alkyl group and n represents an integer of 0-20), wherein the average carbon number of R1 is 10.8-12.8, while at least 9.6 mass% and at most 27 mass% of a component of n=0 and at least 21 mass% to less than 40 mass% of the sum of components of n=1 and n=2 are contained and (B) 0.1-80 mass% of a liquid form fatty acid at 20°C and (D1) a part of water and adding to the above with a mixture of (D2) the remaining water and (C) a base so that the neutralization index of components (A) and (B) becomes 50-100%.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】洗浄力及び泡立ちに優れ、洗浄後にべたつきやつっぱり感がなく、さっぱり感が得られ、しかも、スカムの分散性に優れ、洗面所や風呂場等を汚すことがない洗浄剤組成物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】(A)一般式(1)【化1】(式中、R1は炭素数4~22のアルキル基を示し、nは0~20の数を示す)で表されるアルキルエーテルカルボン酸であって、R1の平均炭素数が10.8~12.8であり、n=0の成分を9.6質量%を超え27質量%以下、n=1の成分とn=2の成分を合計で21質量%以上40質量%未満含むアルキルエーテルカルボン酸 0.1~60質量%、(B)20℃で液状の脂肪酸 0.1~80質量%、及び(D1)水の一部を加熱混合し、これに、(D2)水の残部と(C)塩基を混合したものを、成分(A)及び(B)の中和率が50~100%となるように加えることを特徴とする洗浄剤組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
