PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing agent composition, which is low irritant to skin and excellent in foaming properties, gives sense of a smooth protective film on skin without leaving sliminess during rinsing to give skin frictionless uniform feelings, and makes skin moist and smooth after drying.SOLUTION: The skin cleansing agent composition includes: (A) 1-25 mass% of alkyl ether carboxylic acid or a salt thereof represented by general formula (1) wherein R1 is a 4-22C alkyl group, n is a number of 0-20, M is a hydrogen atom, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, ammonium or organoammonium (B) 0.05-2.5 mass% of myristyl alcohol and (C) water.
